# Kiflo Partner Portal: Capabilities and Setup Guide

> Learn what the Kiflo partner portal offers your partners and how to customize it with branding, dashboards, permissions, and terms and conditions.

The partner portal is a branded, dedicated web space where your partners log in to collaborate with you. Once inside, partners can submit leads, register deals, track their rewards and payouts, access content and assets, complete their onboarding tasks, and manage their team members — all without leaving a single, cohesive experience that reflects your brand.

## Branding

Make the partner portal feel like your own product. Upload your company logo (in both rectangular and square formats), add a custom background image for the sign-in page, and configure a custom portal domain. Partners see a cohesive, on-brand experience the moment they log in.

## Partner Dashboards

The dashboard is the first thing partners see after logging in. You control exactly which widgets appear — such as latest submitted leads, registered deals, referral links, or reward summaries — and you can create different dashboards for different program tiers. For example, show lead widgets to referral partners and deal widgets to resellers.

## Page Visibility

You decide which sections of the portal are available to partners in each program. Toggle off any page partners should not see or access, including:

* Leads
* Deals
* Line items
* Customers
* Business plans
* Assets
* Help center
* Rewards & payouts
* Referral links
* Tasks

Navigate to your program settings and untoggle any section you want to hide.

## Terms and Conditions

Require partners to accept your terms and conditions the first time they access the portal. Set T\&Cs per partner program so the right agreement applies to the right group of partners.

## Partner Action Permissions

Beyond hiding pages, you can restrict specific actions partners are allowed to perform. These controls are available in your program settings and are especially useful for tailoring the experience to partner type — for example, preventing affiliate partners from registering deals, or locking resellers out of lead submission.

<Note>
  All page visibility and permission settings are configured per partner program. Go to **Programs**, select the program you want to configure, and scroll to the relevant toggles in the program settings page.
</Note>

<Tip>
  Match your permission settings to partner type. Referral and affiliate partners typically need lead submission enabled but deal registration disabled. Resellers are usually the opposite.
