## Workflow description

A workflow performs a sequence of actions whenever it is triggered. For instance, whenever a partner accepts an invitation, you might create a trigger to send them a welcome email.

## Creating a Workflow

To create a workflow, follow the steps below:

* Go to **Manage, Workflows**, and create a **New Workflow**
* **Name** the Workflow and click **Add**
* Click on **Choose Trigger**, select the **Trigger**

You can choose, for example, the following triggers: [*Partner invitation status changed*](/using-kiflo/automation/workflow-trigger-partner-invitation-status-changed)

* Select **Trigger Options** which will depend on the triggers you selected, as they will be what will trigger a workflow

You can choose, for example, the following trigger option to start a sequence of actions when a partner team member invitation is sent: Pending or Sent

* Choose whether you want to configure [Re-enrollment settings](/using-kiflo/automation/workflow-trigger-re-enrollment-settings)
* Click **Confirm**

## Select an action

To select an action for workflows on a workflow, follow these steps:

* Click on the plus button to add a new action
* Select the action, such as [Delay](/using-kiflo/automation/workflow-action-delay), [Send email](/using-kiflo/automation/workflow-action-send-email), or [Create Task](/using-kiflo/automation/workflow-action-create-task)
* Once done, click **Confirm** and click **Save**

## Choose an end condition

* Specify the conditions that will stop the workflow

You can choose, for example, Partner team member accepted invitation. When a partner team member has accepted the invitation, the workflow will stop, and the entity will be unenrolled.

* Once you have selected the end condition, press **Enable** to enable the workflow
