Account Settings Overview — Configure Your Kiflo Account

Explore every configurable area of your Kiflo account — from currencies and domains to emails, security, team members, products, and properties.

Your Kiflo account settings give you control over how your PRM looks, behaves, and communicates with your partners. Use this overview to find the setting area you need and follow the linked pages for step-by-step instructions.

Settings areas

Currencies

Set the main currency for your account. All deals, leads, transactions, and rewards display amounts in this currency. You can also enable multi-currency support for partners in different regions.

Navigate to Account Settings > Account defaults to change your currency.

Domains

Customize the URL partners use to access their portal. Change the default Kiflo subdomain or add a fully custom domain to reinforce your brand.

Navigate to Account Settings > Partner portal to manage your domain.

Email Settings

Configure your sending domain, sender address, email templates, automated program emails, and acknowledgment emails. Send emails in your partners’ language.

Products

Create products and define price tiers scoped to partner program levels. Kiflo automatically selects the best price when partners register deals.

Properties

Add, configure, reorder, and remove custom fields on Leads, Deals, Contacts, Transactions, Customers, Partners, Rewards, and Products. Control which properties are visible to partners.

Security

Generate and revoke API Access Tokens, set up Single Sign-On (SSO) for your team, and enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to protect your account.

Team

Invite coworkers to Kiflo, assign roles, and control which partner data each team member can access.

News

Share news articles with your partners directly through the partner portal. You can target news by partner language or category.

Partner portal domain

Your partner portal is always accessible at a Kiflo subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.kiflo.com). You can change the subdomain at any time from Account Settings > Partner portal.

Changing your subdomain takes effect immediately. Your partners will lose access via the old URL the moment you save. Communicate the new URL to all active partners before making the change.

If you want to hide the Kiflo branding entirely, you can add a custom domain (e.g. partners.yourcompany.com) through the paid custom domain add-on. Contact Kiflo or visit the pricing page to add this to your subscription.

Account currency

Your main currency affects how amounts appear across all partners, deals, leads, and rewards. To change it:

1. Click your account menu in the top-right corner and open Account Settings.
2. Go to Account defaults.
3. Select your main currency from the dropdown and save.

Changing the main currency does not update the currency already set on existing partners, leads, or deals — only new records will use the updated currency.
