WordPress Integration — Track Referrals and Capture Leads

Install the Kiflo WordPress plugin to track partner referral visits and capture leads or partner applications through your website forms.

The Kiflo WordPress plugin connects your WordPress site to your Kiflo account so you can track referral link visits and send leads, customers, and partner applications directly into Kiflo from your website forms. The plugin integrates natively with WPForms, and it also works with Gravity Forms and ActiveCampaign forms via Zapier.

Install the Kiflo WordPress plugin

1. Download the plugin

   Download the Kiflo plugin package from: https://cdn.kiflo.com/wordpress/plugins/kiflo_latest.zip

2. Upload the plugin in WordPress

   In your WordPress admin panel:

   1. Go to Plugins in the main menu.
   2. Click Add New.
   3. Click Upload Plugin.
   4. Select the downloaded .zip file.
   5. Click Install Now.
3. Activate the plugin

   After installation completes, click Activate Plugin. You will see a new Kiflo item appear in your WordPress main menu.

4. Connect your Kiflo account

   1. Click the Kiflo item in the WordPress main menu.
   2. Paste your API Access Token into the field provided. (See Generating an API Access Token for instructions.)
   3. Click Save Changes.

   When connected successfully, the Kiflo settings page confirms the connection and website visits begin tracking immediately.

5. Verify the connection

   In your Kiflo account, go to Account > Integration to confirm that your WordPress installation is recognized and tracking correctly.

Build your lead capture form

Kiflo integrates with several popular WordPress form plugins. Choose the one that fits your workflow:

WPForms (Recommended)

The easiest integration — no Zapier required. Push leads, customers, or partner applications directly to Kiflo from any WPForms form.

Gravity Forms

Supported via Zapier. Gravity Forms submissions trigger Zaps that route data to Kiflo, with partner referral tracking preserved.

Cognito Forms

Supported via Zapier. Similar to Gravity Forms — Zaps push submissions to Kiflo.

ActiveCampaign Forms

Supported via Zapier for connecting ActiveCampaign form submissions to Kiflo.

Use WPForms for the simplest setup. The native integration means partner attribution is captured automatically without a Zapier account.

Set up WPForms integration

Install WPForms

1. Open the plugin installer

   In your WordPress admin panel, go to Plugins > Add New.

2. Search for WPForms

   In the search bar, type Contact Form by WPForms. Click Install Now on the plugin card, then click Activate.

Configure a form to send data to Kiflo

1. Open your form

   In WordPress, go to WPForms in the main menu. Create a new form or open an existing one.

2. Open Kiflo settings

   Inside the form editor, go to Settings > Kiflo.

3. Enable the Kiflo integration

   Toggle the option to send form data to Kiflo.

4. Choose the data type

   Select what type of data this form should send to Kiflo:

   • Leads — for contact or inquiry forms.
   • Customers — for purchase or sign-up forms.
   • Partners — for partner application forms.
5. Map form fields

   Match each form field to the corresponding Kiflo property (e.g. map the “Email” field to Kiflo’s Main Contact Email).

6. Save

   Click Save in the form editor to apply your settings.

Create a partner sign-up form

When building a partner application form, set the Form Type to Partners in the Kiflo settings pane.

You then have two options:

Partner application

Select the Program the partner is applying to. Map the required fields:

• Main Contact’s First Name
• Main Contact’s Last Name
• Main Contact’s Email

When the form is submitted, Kiflo creates a new partner application in the selected program.

Partner prospect

Leave the Program field empty. Kiflo creates a new prospect record visible in the first stage of your prospection pipeline — useful if you want to qualify applicants before assigning them to a program.
